Hello my lovely readers! I'm so glad I found the time to read this book! I'd picked it up back in May but it was due before I could delve into it. Let's get into it.

When I say Seierstad put her WHOLE FOOT IN THIS BOOK!
My goodness, this was a terrific, though sad and gruesome, read. I'd never heard of this Norwegian massacre, so I went into this book completely blind. I'm so glad I did. Seierstad went down in the hole to get information on Breivik's childhood, his mother's childhood and to honor those deceased. She told the story in such a way that it felt like I really was reading a novel.
This is absolutely a five star read for me and won't be one that I forget!
